How to proceed to make a call?
From a fixed phone
To telephone from a fixed phone,please proceed as follows :
1. Select and dial the access number corresponding to the language of your choice.
What is the difference between the access number 0800* and the local access number?
2. A welcome message asks you to enter your PIN code.
3. Now dial the number you wish to call. You will then be informed of the time at your disposal in function of the credit available and the destination called. To make a second call, don't hang up. Press the hash key # twice then dial the next number.
From a public payphone
Attention: Calls from a public telephone cabin are subject to a surcharge, which the national operator charges. In Switzerland this surcharge is charged when entering the PIN-code, even in the case that nobody answers the call. In Luxemburg the surcharge is charged when the call has been answered.
To phone from a public payphone, please proceed as follows :
1. Select and dial the access number corresponding to the language of your choice.
2. A welcome message asks you to enter your PIN code.
3. Now dial the number you wish to call. You will then be informed of the time at your disposal in function of the credit available and the destination called.
From a mobil phone
We advise you to use the local Flash access:
a. In the case that you are benefitting from a mobile phone offer of the type ?free and unlimited local calls'', calling the local access number from FLASH is included in your offer because it is a national call and is therefore free. You will profit from a higher amount of minutes using FLASH with your mobile phone.
b. If you don't have such a subscription/offer, you will pay in parallel the costs of a national call to your mobile phone operator. But you will still in any case profit from the highest amount of minutes, when using FLASH on your mobile phone.
Can I use the access 0800/800 with my mobile phone?
To phone with your card from a mobile, please proceed as follows :

2. A welcome message asks you to enter your PIN number.
3. Now dial the number you wish to call. You will then be informed of the time at your disposal in function of the credit available and the destination called. To make a second call, do not hang up. Press the hash key # twice then dial the next number.
* Exception: the format of freephone numbers changes for the following countries:
Luxembourg 800; Italy 800; Denmark 800; Norway 800; Portugal 800;Spain 900
From the Internet
Attention: Internet access functions only on a PC equipped with Microsoft Internet Explorer and authorising the installation of ActiveX programmes. You will also need earphones and a microphone. The cost for Internet access is billed separately by the fixed network or mobile operator.
From this access you can also send SMS to everywhere in the world.
