Call durations indicated above are based on a single call from a fixed phone to an 800 or local number or from the website www.myflashplanet.net taking up the whole of a 10 Euros card in one call. Calls via Internet work only from a PC equipped with Internet Explorer and authorising the installation of ActiveX programmes. Calls via a local access number are billed separately by the fixed network or mobile operator. The cost of access to Internet is billed separately by the fixed network or mobile operator. Calls made from a mobile with prepaid card to an 800 number are billed separately by the mobile operator. Calls to mobile numbers always offer less minutes than to fixed phone numbers. Calls from a mobile phone to an 800 number: + 0.35 Euros/min. Minute rounding: 1 min. Connection charge for a successful communication: 3 mins (the connection charge is always calculated on the basis of the rate per minute via 800, whatever the type of local , Internet or 800 access). The card expires 6 months after its first use. Rates subject to modification.

FLASH recommends the use of private phone booths (restaurants, bars, call shops, shopping centres) to avoid the cabin surcharge due to Swisscom for the use of public booth.

 

When using the service, the customer gives the right to the operator to use his phone number or email for promotional or information purpose.
